Junior Jumpstart Financial Aid Seminar - Monday, March 30th State Representative Jill Cooper invites you to Junior Jumpstart, a financial aid seminar with PHEAA on Monday, March 30th, 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. at the Northern Westmoreland CTC, 705 Stevenson Boulevard, New Kensington. This financial aid seminar with the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency is designed to help next year’s high school seniors begin navigating the world of college financing.
