Valley High School Homecoming Dance - September 27, 2025 - 7-10:00 p.m. The VHS Homecoming Dance is a semi-formal event for students in grades nine through twelve. Dinner will not be served. We will provide snacks, drinks and desserts. Students must arrive by 7:15 p.m., and will not be permitted to leave before 10:00 pm. Tickets are $25 (cash or CashApp only) and will be on sale from September 2nd - September 19th during lunch periods in the VHS Library. Tickets will not be sold after September 19th, and no exceptions will be made. If you are bringing a non-VHS guest, a Guest Form will need to be completed prior to ticket purchase. Tickets cannot be bought at the door the night of the dance. If you are an online student who wants to attend, please make arrangements with Mrs. Luniewski or Mrs. Ammon before coming to the building to get your ticket.

Free Summer Food Program The Nutrition Group and New Kensington-Arnold School District will be offering summer meals to school-age children in the Community. The program is free, and admission is open to all school-age children 18 years of age or younger, regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability. Free meals are dine in only, and there is no sign-up required. Meals will be served at Valley High School, 703 Stevenson Boulevard, Monday – Friday, July 28 – August 8, 2025. Breakfast is 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. and Lunch is 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.See the attached flyer for more information.

Ready Freddy Kindergarten Readiness Program The Ready Freddy Kindergarten Readiness Program will be held at Martin Elementary School on July 28th - 31st, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. There will be four free sessions of parent-child activities to help you and your child get ready for Kindergarten.
